Hello to all other holistic minded & better-health seekers! I am a divorced single mama to 3 awesome boys who is passionate about natural ways to improve our health and was able to see it first hand in my own life. Something I wasn't sure just when would fully come to fruition. I want to provide the help and listening ear to others in bad health boats who aren't able to see or think clearly for themselves and who likely don't know where to turn. It's either been a long journey of the same awful symptoms on repeat and/or a new journey and no medical professionals know, care or are finding anything substantial about the details and results in their short visits (...of robotic medicine. Did I say that out loud!?).

Here on my site I also will have information on what unhealthy relationships look like. It is too easy and far too common for anyone to be caught in between ill mannered and leaching individuals who can even fool themselves that nothing is wrong...If you find yourself or another in a situation that sounds like a poor relationship you will be able to have the tools and education I never had (during the majority of the time together), now. Terminology, examples, resources for getting out and/or getting help will be listed for you. While sorting these things out I was able to make my way back to being a daughter, Sister, friend, Soccer lover and coach, maltipoo owner, co-worker, God believing woman! We all deserve to be living our best lives and sometimes there are bumps along the way where we cant do it alone. I am here to help!

AND the ability to schedule an appointment or more with me if needing any insights and direction on your health journey. Whatever it is to fill your cup a little more is what I hope to provide.
